A friend of mine also gave me this recipe idea if you like Mexican food.

Mix a 1/2 cup of fat free refried Beans with a lilttle taco seasoning. Then put it in a small container. Sprinkle a little fat free cheese on top. When you are ready to eat, pop it in the microwave to melt the cheese on top. Delicious!! And if you are a sour cream eater you could put a little dollop of that on it too.

This is great for something quick you can pack to take with you to work too.

Also, weight loss has slowed down, is this normal after 15 days?

Totally normal. When you switch from liquids to real food the weight lose slows down. I actually gained 5 pounds that week.

Yes, I have for the most oart, Ive had egg salad, chicken salad (pureed chicken), maryland crab Soup liquified, and turkey wings and green Beans (blended), All so tasty with no starches. I used low fat mayo for the sides, and I used a little creamy ceaser dressing (1 gram of carb) for the chicken salad. It all taste so good so I dont feel like im missing out, except when I heat up spagetti or gave my kids some pizza, that just seem to call me, so I will be trying your recipe to curb those cravings for italian food.

it seemed like I gained 2 but it keeps coming and going. Honestly, it scared me into thinking this band wouldnt work, like my body has hit a plateau and is accustomed to where I am (only 17 pounds lighter) so is this where the 1-2 pound per week weight loss starts?
