oh my god

i have just had the worst experience i am 24 days post op and everything has been really good. Eating small amounts, drinking plenty basically doing everything i have been told to do, i was sitting talking and took a bite of my hubby's wrap. Oh dear that was a big mistake it got stuck the pain was horrific . i was sick loads of flemmy water was coming up then there was just like a tablespoon's worth of food came up then after about 20 minutes the pain went . Is this normal

yep, we all do it at one time or another. had mine 1 1/2 weeks ago and it was awful. water coming out of my nose as i am trying to get it out. i can tell you this, i won't make that mistake again, and i bet you won't either ;)

you don't want the band to slip, so be very careful of what you are eating and chew, chew, chew. and also at your next visit, tell your doctor of your experience. i know it was not fun, but it is a lesson learned, the hard way.

I had my first episode yesterday in a van full of people!! No one in the van knew I had the surgery and I really don't want them to know. I am sure they think I am pregnant.

I felt sick and bloated the rest of the day.
