Surgery date is set....4 days into preop diet

Hi, My name is Michelle. I am set to have the lap band procedure on 8-30-11. im 4 days into my pre op diet. Im a single mom of a seven year old boy. Im very excited about my new journey. Looking forward to learning and sharing with you all.

How are you doing with the pre-op diet? Is it liquid only?? I start mine on the 29th, surgery on Sept 8th.

Pre op diet is good so far.. 3 shakes a day and two.small.meals including 3 oz. Lean meat, 1/2 cup non starchy veggies, 2 cup salad excluding iceburg lettuce 2 tbs. Of salad dressing

I just finished day 2 of my preop diet and I don't get ANY meals and only 2 shakes a day. I'm STARVING STARVING STARVING. How am I going to make it another 5 days???? Ugh. Anyway, my surgery is Wednesday and I am SO excited. Good luck!
