Holy COW!

I started this journey 214 days ago...that's when I went to the seminar....now, I'm less than 24 hours away!!! Blood work - Check. Chest Xray - check. Barium Swallow - check. Ekg - check. Echocardiogram - check. Stress test, dietician, psychiatrist, pre op diet (ugh) - check, check, check and check!!!! I am so nervous. Am I doing the right thing?? Will my diabetes go away?? Will I look hot in my bathing suit next summer?? I love this forum and all my new friends!! Wish me luck!

Good Luck to you as you start your new life! You will do great!

You will do just fine! Wishing much luck to you! Just remember to sip sip sip post op so you get your fluids in!

Yeah.... good luck!

Woohoo GOOD LUCK!!!

I was actually more nervous for my first fill than the actual surgery... how silly is that!

Yes, you are definitely heading down the right path. Congratulations on everything you've done so far.

I'm a year out from where you are today. (I attended the free seminar last August) And I'm down over a hundred pounds. If anyone had told me last August that I'd be sitting here this much lighter this August, I'd have said they were nuts. But it is what it is. And I'm really, really happy about it all.

Good luck with all of it!
