Why is it...

...when I work my butt off to lose weight by counting calories and exercising like a fiend I don't lose anything, but when I stop obsessing and just go with the flow it comes off? Stupid fat, you're not the boss of me!

Because you're probably overexercising and under-eating; the two don't mesh and if they do they don't mesh for very long.

Take it as a lesson learned.

That's right! You tell the fat who's the boss! LOL :P I'm not letting it boss me around anymore. I'm putting it in it's place right now, and that place is anywhere besides inside of me. :D

Very true...I still have to learn how to balance eating and exercise correctly. Definitely a lesson learned.
