I have been not cheating at all and the scale is not moving.
I know my diseased mind thought I would wake up skinny from the surgery. I know I have to do the work, to see the results. It just sucks. I have been excersing and following the mushie diet but my brain works better with scale rewards. When I'm losing my brain is all in, when I'm stuck our worse (gaining) it shuts down and wants to sabotage any progress. I must retain my brain, then maybe we all can get along. Me , Myself and that bad ol' scale.
