X rated question

OK this may be a stupid question- I apoligize for it right away. I noticed during sex last night that my stomach is really tender where the port is. I checked and it is not where the incisions are healing but where the port is. I am a week and a half out and they are doing really good. I am now about 250 so I have a stomach on me that will eventually go away but I am wondering if my port will always be noticable during sex.

I know this procedure will work but I in the back of my mind I am afraid that the weight will come back just like all the other times that I have gone down in weight, It always finds me back again.

You're still healing. That's probably why you were aware of it.

the port site is often that last to heal and the tenderness is there for some folks for several months, but the good news it does get better. For most, the port after the tenderness has gone does not interfere with sexual activities. During the time that the port site is tender will just all you to experiment a bit more with positions that are comfortable for you and your partner.

I was told no sexual activity for 4 weeks after being banded, so I wouldnt know. I am also about a week and a half out, but will definately be watching for that!

I've been banded for almost a year and still my port area gets a little sore during sex sometimes, sometimes it is sore for a bit after sex as well. The more weight I lose, the more tender it seems to get, which I attribute to a bit, or rather a lot, less "padding" for protection, lol.
