Snacks!

Ok, so lets share snack ideas. I'm a salty food lover, but have had a hard time finding the right Snacks. I've tried baked potato chips (small amts) and they don't sit well with my stomach anymore. I bought some baby carrots the other day, but haven't tried 'em yet.

Anyone have any ideas besides yogurt and granola? Obviously looking for Low Cals... would love to hear what you guys are trying!

You must have rice crackers there? The round ones that come in flavours like Cheese and Barbecue, those are so yummy and 10 of them are only 1 point on Weight Watchers. You can literally eat the entire packet and not have done any damage. They're very low fat but probably sky high MSG and salt to give them the flavour, lol

When I feel like I have to have a salty snack, I go for popcorn or a few pork rinds. My favorite snack is blue bunny vanilla cream yogurt with a few teaspoons of grapenuts or fiber one cereal with a packet of splenda...i love the crunch it has.

I am in love with the 100 calorie Nabisco snacks. The Ritz snack mix is AWESOME, just have to chew the heck out of it. I also like the graham crackers. 1 pack is plenty to satisfy whatever craving I'm having.

Soy crisps are my favorite. Not only is it a delicious snack but its healty and fills you up for awhile. It's great because for half a bag of soy crisps it is only 70 cal, 2 fat, and 4.5 protein.
