Korean food has tons of tofu recipes...some spicy and some not. You can do silken tofu with a dash of soy sauce, chopped shallots, a dash of vinegar, and VERY LITTLE sesame seed oil.

Tofu is good protein...but has more fat content than white chicken... just one thing I'd watch out for

i simply spray a pan with pam and 'stiry fry' the tofu with adobo, pepper, ginger and a little fresh basil. i enjoy it that way.

Yes, Koreans love tofu and have it in many things. If you like spicy things you can do a tofu Soup with kimchi, or yes as simple as tofu with soya sauce etc.
