ok so... I am almost 3 months post op and I am finding it to be a little difficult to have sex. i feel like there is so much pressure on my port all the time. I get these sharp awkward pains, kind of like my port is up in my rib cage! It's horrible! It doesn't really hurt, but more uncomfortable! has ne one experience these weird pains?

I seem to remember about six to nine months of occasional port pain, shooting pains on exertion etc.

Yes, I had some port pain for a few months post-op. It will go away - maybe try a different spin on things til you feel better

I agree with above post, "try a different spin" AKA try different positions. Have fun!

I RIPPED OUT SEVERAL STITCHES THAT HELD MY PORT DURING SEX MY DOC TOLD ME TO DO DIFFERENT POSITIONS OF SEX

DOESNT GO AWAY FOR SOME PEOPLE I AM A YEAR OUT AND STILL CANT BECAUSE OF WHERE THE PORT IS LOCATED
