23hrs banded :-

I was banded yesterday morning and upon being awaken I was pleasantly surprised by not alot of pain at all. My left shoulder does hurt and my stomach just feels like I did 1million sit ups,but the those are normal. I was walking about about an hour after being let out of recovery room. All in all so far, so good on being banded.

Good for you and good luck. I was banded a week ago and most of my pain is gone. Just experiencing some discomfort from the air they fill you up with. That's probably the pain you feel in your shoulder.

Congrats!! Glad to hear you weren't in a lot of pain. I woke up in fear cause I thought I'd be crying in pain but was pleasantly surprised to just be sore and have some gas pain. I too was up and walking within hours in recovery.

i pray that i have the same good recovery!

Congrats and good luck! I'm 5 days post banding...going well but really bored at homeblink.gif
