Full from vitamins?

Hi all... Was just banded on Wednesday, and today was the first day I could be on full liquids. This is also the day I am starting my Vitamin regimen (chewable multi-vit, liquid Calcium and B-complex). So I took all those, mixed myself a Protein shake, and found that before I could drink it, I realized I was full, just from the vitamins!

Anyone else have this issue? I'm not totally suprised (or unhappy) because it means the band is working already, but it was a little weird. :)

sometimes, if I feel a little like for a snack. I will take my vitamins, and I am full.

Saves on a snack, and calories.

I've had that happen.. but it didn't start for me until 2 years out. :)

Awesome - thanks y'all! I'm enjoying the 7lb weight loss already... I'm excited to keep going with the band and get back into exercising so I can lose the other 93 until my goal! :)

While I am at restriction I hsve my chewable vitamins at like 6:30 and then my greek yoghurt at 8:30 when I get to work.

Blech. I hate vitamins. They make me nauseated. But then I don't feel like eating anything for at least an hour. But then once they make their way through, I am STARVING.

maybe try spacing them out? when I was still in the hospital, i had 8 pills I had to take and it took me 2 hours to get through that. every 15 minutes I had to take a pill...sucked but I got and kept them down!
