I take gummy no issues

They usually don't have iron, which you need. Check with the nutritionist.

I take flintstones chewables, none of the gummies have iron. I wish they did cause they taste better.

My Dr. told me that gummies don't have iron... He recommended that I take Liquid Revive Mulit and Liquid Revive Calcium... Essentials is another one. You can get them from either Vitamin World or Vitamin Cottage... For vitamins they both taste great... Too bad I can't find ones that taste like candy...

same thing here... the nutritionist said she won't even give her kids the gummies because of the no Iron in them. She told me to take 2 flintstones chewables a day and I'd be good.

I also just found Citrical petites... it's the right kind of calcium (citrate NOT carbonate... viactiv isn't the kind your body can easily absorb unfortunately) and I can swallow them! I can't swallow the regular sized citrical... and chewable calcium citrate from the health food stores are too expensive.

I take Centrum chewables. If you're post menopausal, you might not need extra iron. Call the doc's office and ask them what you should be taking.

I am taking a Women's One a Day Breast and Bone Health. I have to break them in half and take them.
