Hi! Im also going to Day One Health, but my insurance required a 6 month diet. Im on month 4 and Dr Elli was really great when I met him. I have heard/read good things about him.

Starting Out: 211 lbs 5'5 BMI 35

Initial Consult: February 25, 2011

Nutritional Consult: February 25, 2011

1st sleep Study: April 23, 2011

2nd Sleep Study: May 29, 2011

End of 6 Mth Diet: July, 2011

Goal: 140 lbs - 71 lbs to lose

I am not going to Day One, but UIC. I am almost there I will have my pre op testing done the 1st of June. MY insurance kind of sucks so please adhere to everything they tell you to do.
