I just had the surgery, and I am hungery all the time. I get my first fill in a month, then i don't think i will be that hungery all the time. (i hope) I started on full liquids today and I'am not as hungery as i was on just Clear Liquids. My advice is to go look at the liquid stage recipies on here. there are a lot of recipies to help curve cravings and make you feel satisfied. Also I think the liquid requirment is also a training tool to try to teach us that we don't need to stuff our selfs silly. Although sometimes I think I will miss doing that.
