Gallbladder can cause referred pain, but I think it's to the right shoulder blade.

I think I read something a while back from someone having similar pain and it was just their new feeling of fullness. ;)

I have the same problem. My doctor says its referred pain from either gas in your diaphragm or your band hitting a nerve. It's my signal that I ate too much or too fast!

I'm actually having a similar problem. I thought maybe it was just still some gas stuck.
