Hope you keep feeling better. Wishing you lots of success with your band and the beginning of a brand new life. Stay Well.

Yay Terry!!!! I'm so excited for you. I can't believe you're already eating, that's GREAT!!! I'm still having a tough time with it, and got a hernia when I coughed. Another bandster said her doc told her to lean against the back of the sofa to keep pressure on her belly when she coughs. So, just thought I'd pass on the word of wisdom, because no one mentioned it to me. I'm gonna be fine though, just another surgery some time in the future.

Take it easy, rest rest rest and we look forward to seeing you!!!

Bren

CONGRATULATIONS on your new way of life. Some would say this is your new birthday!!! I wish you the very best of luck with it. Everyone on the forums will certainly be routing for you.

It is wonderful that you are doing so well! I went home a couple of hours after surgery (outpatient) and I remember the first 3 days were very difficult. I often wondered what I had gotten myself into! I got my band 2 weeks ago and my life is completely back to normal (eating considerably less, of course). I hear it gets even better! Good luck on your journey!
