I was told today that I have a diagnosis of sleep apnea. I was shocked a little to hear this.
As a nurse I deal with this issue with my patients all the time. But to have the diagnosis myself upsets me a little. The good thing is, is that if I wasn't getting these pre-operative testings done, I would have never known. I just have to get my psyche eval completed and attend a support group; so I'm almost there.
