Are you tracking your calories? How many calories are you eating per day?

You really didn't give too much information to what you are eating or if you are working out. So, if you are not working out start and if you are increase the minutes or days or intensity. Drink more water and cut out high calorie drinks. You may need to decrease your calories. Sometimes small amounts of food can still pack plenty of calories. If you are snacking stop. I didn't lose any weight over 3 months this past summer and it was because I wasn't working out enough, snacking too much, drinking too many calories, and I didn't have the proper fill. You will eventually get to a fill where it helps but until then don't sabotage yourself like I did.

Yea, how many calories? Exercise 4 hours a week? Meeting your protein goal?

as said before,... ur diet should be packed with protein, low on calories and u should be more hydrated than a camel in the middle of the sahara.

My first fill (5.5 CCs in a 10 CC band) didn't do much either. Later, when I had 7 CCs, then I felt restriction and it was a whole new ball game.

Until you have restriction, try to focus on good nutrition and healthy activity. Hang in there. It gets better!
