The Scale moved today.....

I only weigh myself once a week. The scale hasn't really moved much these last two weeks....well today I am down 3.5 lbs.

Woohoo......survived the holidays with a LOSS :P

    I know you are too happy! That's awesome! I managed to lose 3 pounds over my Christmas vacation this past week also and I am just as happy! I made sure I hit the gym after I tasted that cake!

    Great job! My scale hasn't moved in a couple of weeks, a little discouraged, but have not had a fill yet.
