I just had surgery on dec 20th..and im looking at the incisions in my belly button and now am wondering if my belly button will go back to looking normal. Did yours?

Yes for most part. It healed good and anyone looking could tell a thing. I got some scar tissue though from pulling I guess when I would try an go from lying down to standing. I was told takes longer for belly button to heal than your other incisions and it does

I don't have an incision in my belly button. I wonder if it is because mine is a deep inniy. All my incisions are straight across my abdomen like 2 inches above my belly button and then there is one higher up, I'm guessing for the hiatal hernia I had repaired

I didn't have an incision in my belly button either. Mine were higher also, and I had a hernia repair also. I have had 2 previous surgeries that involved incisions in my belly button and both healed really well. I didn't even notice they were there.

Im only two weeks out and it looks pretty good
