Hi there, im new also and im waiting on my date for my band any day now. Sorry to hear that your husband isnt more supportive of your band but im sure he'll come around too. I'm really looling forward to making new friends here on my journey. Good luck to you

I'm sure he will. Even if he doesn't there isn't much I can do to help him at this point. He just refuses to listen and accept it....

Hi, new too. I just got banded on the 16th. Insurance was super quick and I had the surgery before I even knew what was happening. I was surprised but happily. This surgery is about you and it is your husbands loss to not go thru your experience with you. Just focus on you and hopefully you have friends or some other support system. Good luck on everything.
