my surgery was cancelled because the doctor was feeling ill. So i'm having it on thursday the 28th. so stuff happens but it gives me a few more days to eat things I will never be able to eat again. like hot dogs. :huh2:

Congrats!!!:huh2: Let me know how the recovery portion goes. After I get my surgery I want to take a 3-4 days and get through the pain and return to work. I was just approved by my insurance company to get the surgery. I will be going to see my surgeon tomorrow. Dr. Albert Spaw, Nashville, TN. for the consultation, paperwork, and to schedule the surgery. I'm very excited and I hope to be scheduled for November 17.

Good luck with your surgery tomorrow. I am having mine on Wednesday and am just about the same weight as you. I am new to this as well and I think that it's so great to have other people out there for support. It is amazing how many people out there are so supportive of others.
