101 pounds lost forever!

So I got on the scale this morning, which I do every morning, and the scale said 161.4! I have lost 101.4 pounds in 9 months! I'm so proud of myself.

OMG!! That is awesome!! Please tell me exactly what you did. Did you work out 7 day a week, what type of exercise..... everything.

Congrats!!

That is great  I hope I loose at least 100 lbs or more....

You have every reason to be very proud of yourself. Over a hundred pounds in 9 months is just fantastic. Keep up the good work!

Oh honey, you didn't lose 101 pounds, you got rid of them. You can find things you have lost. When you get rid of something it's like throwing it in the trash never to return. I am so happy for you! I think I am aiming for 100 pound total. I started at 236 and I'm 5'5, so I think I can get to 136. I'm giving myself 1 year to do it. I hope I can be as successful as you have been. Clothes shopping must be awesome.

That is simply wonderful! I am so proud of you and all the hard work you did to get there.

I was going to have Dr Cribbens but as I work for a hospital, I had to have the surgery done that and he wasnt on staff there. I liked him.

That's fantastic-- yay for you!

You have done so well! Happy dance time! Of course it is also time to go get yourself a gift! What will it be?

Congrats im so proud of you....
