Hi Everyone~

Anyone use Isopure zero carb protein shake? I just bought a 3lb container - reading the label on the back, it says "do not use for weight reduction". Anyone have info???

I love Isopure!! I dont use it for weight reduction I use it to supplement my protein....My fav is strawberries and cream!!!

Isopure is what my nutritionist recommends along with Nectar protein( found at Vitamin Shoppe ) To me Isopure is too foamy. Nectar is much better.I recently ordered some Injury I hear that's pretty good.

I like the Isopure liquid protein Alpine Punch from the Vitamin Shoppe. 40 mg protein in 20 oz. Haven't tried the powder.
