First Fill - October 4

Okay, so I'm recovered from my surgery, but I don't feel like I have the band on. The nurse told me that's normal.

I'm hungry more often than I thought I would be, so that's a little discouraging.

My husband tells me that I need to develop some patience, because the doctor wants me healed before he starts putting in fills.

Any advice?

My first fill is OCT 8th. I am tracking all of my calories and walking, but I am honestly feeling discouraged too. I really do understand why it is called bandster hell. So frustrating.

My first fill is 10/4. I feel I will gain what weight I have lost. A little frustrated!!

Hang in there, everyone. I just got back from the doctor's office for my first fill. It just takes sheer will to get through the hell, and it doesn't necessarily end with the first fill. I don't really feel it (yet), but am stubborn enough to keep on keepin' on.

BTW, the fill was a nothing. No pain, no problem.

Thanks for letting me know that you're out there. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I'm hoping this will be a non-issue in a couple of months.

Have a great weekend everyone!
