September 24, 201015 yr Okay, so I'm recovered from my surgery, but I don't feel like I have the band on. The nurse told me that's normal. I'm hungry more often than I thought I would be, so that's a little discouraging. My husband tells me that I need to develop some patience, because the doctor wants me healed before he starts putting in fills. Any advice? Edited September 24, 201015 yr by ISING2
September 24, 201015 yr My first fill is OCT 8th. I am tracking all of my calories and walking, but I am honestly feeling discouraged too. I really do understand why it is called bandster hell. So frustrating.
September 24, 201015 yr My first fill is 10/4. I feel I will gain what weight I have lost. A little frustrated!!
September 24, 201015 yr Hang in there, everyone. I just got back from the doctor's office for my first fill. It just takes sheer will to get through the hell, and it doesn't necessarily end with the first fill. I don't really feel it (yet), but am stubborn enough to keep on keepin' on. BTW, the fill was a nothing. No pain, no problem.
September 24, 201015 yr Author Thanks for letting me know that you're out there. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who feels this way. I'm hoping this will be a non-issue in a couple of months. Have a great weekend everyone!
