i can't eat all what they want me to for protien i have been out of the hospital one full day and i barely can eat. food doesnt even sound good (which is good) im a food lover. she wants me to drink 4 shakes theres no way i barely can finish one at a siting.

I wasnt able to finish any food my first day out of the hospital either, but dont worry it will get easier and then you'll be begging for a fill cuz you are able to eat too much. just keep sipping and drinking your fluids.

i was able to drink my protein shakes right away. but my regular appetite came back on about day three.

drink protein fruit drinks and protein soups. I only had one shake a day.
