Wii?

I have been considering getting a Wii to use for my exercise routine. I was curious if anyone else has used to Wii for the exercise, and if so how they like it. Did the Wii work? Was it active enough to provide an aerobic workout? What games did you play? Did you do the Wii Fit? Thanks for your input!

I have one. I don't use it as a primary form of exercise but it definitely does help burn more calories and it's fun at the same time! We like the Wii Fit, Wii Ski and Boom Blox the best but we're also going to buy Dance Dance Revolution. My kids and I are always playing on the Wii.

I just got the Wii fit plus over the weekend, and since Sunday I have been on it for over 2 hours! I have a lot of fun with it!

we also have it at our house. we have wii fit plus and it is fantastic! my husband who is a very active person was even breaking out in a sweat the other day doing it. i like it because on really hot days you can do some exercise from the privacy of your own house. it keeps track of what you do and how much you have burned.
