20 days post op... and not feeling full

Good Morning everyone... I am 20 days post op today and the last couple of days after I eat (Im on soft foods) I do not feel full like I did right after surgery.... Whats going on?

I have a call into my doctor to see what they want me to do... I am not scheduled for my first fill for at least anothe 4 weeks... I am trying not to feed my face, but when I feel like I am not getting enough to eat that is REALLY hard not to do... Any suggestions???:)

It's normal for your hunger to come back once the selling from surgery reduces. That's good your calling the doc. maybe you can get in earlier for a fill. Not to be negative, but the first fill may not produce restriction. It took me 3 fills. Good luck on your journey!

You're hungry again because the swelling has gone down. It's pretty common. Until your fill you're gonna have to do it on your own. Willpower and really just the power to walk away from food and to keep yourself from grazing.

Keep yourself busy. Drink your water/protein shakes that will fill you up.
