A few of us have mentioned starting something casual but nothing yet.

The only group I know of and attend is held at my surgeons office and is not open to everyone.

Well... if anyone wants to get something together... please count me in... anytime except Sunday afternoons... that is reserved for dance lessons... :))

My doctor is in Wichita Falls, and I don't have a doctor here... so I think that limit's me. But, I need to get back in gear and start losing weight again! I have been stuck for this whole year..and I am sick of it!!!!

There is a yahoo group called BandBuddies. Most of the members are from the dallas/fort worth area.

I live in St. Louis and joined the group for support, and later found out it was mainly for north Texas folk.
