How much weight did u lose the first week?

I went for my first post op visit today. I had lost 17 pounds im about 9 days. I was shocked and worried. They told me not to worry about it and i could move to the next phase of food! Thanks God!

    That's great....I lost 18 the first week, but gained 2 the 2nd week and lost 5 third week...I am 3 weeks post op....keep up the good work!

    Congrats! I don't know how much I lost in the first week

    cause I didn't weigh in but I gained 1 pound the first month.

    Congrats on that! Well I lost 25 pounds in 11 days and I also was told to go to the next phase. What a relief! I thought I wasn't going to make it but I did and it feels good! :)No complaints so far!
