NERVES!!! 2 more days....

Hi all! Hope everyone had a nice weekend...I did, until I woke up this morning realizing this is it, this is the week!! I'm being banded on Wednesday. This whole morning I've been nauseous and a nervous wreck. HELP!! I can't live like this for 2 more days...

Any advice??

    Not sure if I ave anything to say that will help becuase I am getting banded tomorrow and I am FREAKING OUT lol

    Congrats and you will do just fine. Being nervous is very calm. Just remember in the end you'll be on your way to a healthier life.

    I dont know what I would do without stalking these boards. I too am having surgery on the 1st. (the first day of the rest of my life). I have been on the protein shakes for 2 weeks. I have only lost 5lbs. but that is a bag of sugar that my heart does not have to carry around.

    How much weight did most of you loose the first week or so after you were banded?
