First Fill

I had my first fill 4 days ago. I lost 3 lbs since then and I am now feeling like this is really gonna work. Worried to start with due to not feeling any restriction. I have a little now but, I just don't feel very hungry. Thank you for all of your support. :scared2:

    Congrats!!

    It will work if you keep that attitude.

    Your hunger will return but you won't be as ravenous as you may have been in the past.

    Just keep the portions small and chew until there is no flavor left.
