I lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks but, then after I got where I could eat I gained 5 of it back. Now, I am 6 wks post op and first fill and starting to lose again. I am going to have for another fill when I start eating more. Hope it helps ya and good luck on your journey.

I would ask for another fill. I had my first fill last thursday and dr put 4 cc in on the first one. I had some restriction after surgery and then right after the fill and now it's going away. Good luck.

I can not eat Bread, french fries, any kind of meat. Other then these I have not found anything else that would not go down. Bread is the biggie that sticks and then I have to try and get it up or down (usually up).

I had my first fill 4 days ago. I lost 3 lbs since then and I am now feeling like this is really gonna work. Worried to start with due to not feeling any restriction. I have a little now but, I just don't feel very hungry. Thank you for all of your support. :scared2:

I finally got my first fill yesterday. Dr put 4 cc in. I was shocked he put that much on the first fill but, now I feel a lot of restriction and having hard time getting food down. Back to liquids again. How much do they usually put on the first fill?:bored:

Glad to hear that. I have my first fill next week and I was worried it was gonna hurt. Glad you still have restrictions. I lost that 1 week after my surgery. I can't get enough to eat now and worried they won't put enough fluid in to restrict me.

Thanks for your input. It's miserable not being able to have the restriction yet after just going through the surgery. Let me know how you do.

I am 21 days post surgery and I only had restriction for the first week. I am still 8 days away from my first fill. I have only lost 4 lbs since surgery and very disgusted after seeing other people doing better. I was just wondering if after the first fill I will have restriction again like right after surgery?
