Surgery tomorrow

I am a bit freaked out as I am scheduled tomorrow for surgery and realizing this is ACTUALLY happening! Reassurance is needed - I know it's going to be great- but there has been bad press about this lately in the papers and I am a bit turned off. Any thoughts?

Good Luck ~ you'll be fine! The first week is tough, but it does get better!

What bad press have you read?

I was banded yesterday. I was also weirded out the night before. I feel great now . . . alittle sore but nothing too bad. Good luck!

Thanks all. The New York City papers have been all over this - enough to make me stress out...

You will be fine! The only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner! Best wishes on your journey...hugs and prayers your way...
