I need help...LOL

I had the surgery on 11/4/09 and I have lost 30 pounds. I wish it was more but I am SO glad to be down 30 pounds. I am kind of stuck in a food rut. I need more ideas on breakfast, lunch and dinner. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. If there is a website I can go to for ideas please let me know. If anyone can tell me what has worked the best for you please let me know. Thank you in advance. My email is tracykrueger07@gmail.com.

on this site you can go to food and nutrition and there are recipes also i go to www.obesityhelp.com and search for recipes. lots of good ideas out there. good luck!

if you join lapband.com they have an area for recipes. They are categorized by meal, texture, and difficulty. I'm still in my liquid pphase and it has helped me out alot

You can also check out the thread on this site, I forget exactly what it's called, but it's something like "what I had to eat today". It gets a lot of activity, so I'm sure you will have no trouble finding it.

This looked tasty:
