Are you harder on yourself?

Do you find yourself harder on yourself now that you are losing weight?

This time last year if my swimsuit did not cut off my circulation I was happy and satisfied. This year I have been pulling my hair out trying to find a suit.

Do you feel the same way?

I refuse to even wear a swimsuit, but yes, I am much harder on myself now. I notice all my imperfections and point them out in my head creating unrealistic, toxic thoughts, def not healthy.

oh yes definitely, i expect more of myself.....i know i need to take better care of myself and i can't let down all my effort with my surgery.
