Need to get jump started

I have been at a plateau for about 3 months. My allergies (post nasal drip) have irritated my band a couple of times so I have had to have a couple of unfills. Tomorrow I am going back to get filled again. I need a little motivation to get myself jump started again. I am happy that I have not GAINED, because before the band I would have been about 10-15 pounds up at this point. Anyone have any motivational and or ideas for a jump start? Thanks!

My advice would be to journal your food intake, and make sure you eat plenty of protein (at least 60 grams). Drink lots of water. Cardio exercise burns lots of calories. Congrats on maintaining your weight during the unfill!:)

I agree with the above post- great advice. I would add sticking to liquids for a few days after the fill, might get you going in the right direction. Good luck! You can do it!
