Concerned about stomach pains

I was banded on 2/22/10 and everything went great !! I have been through a total of 5 fills. My last fill was on last wednesday, and like always everything went fine !! On Friday I had dinner and really felt extremely full, that night I had really bad heartburn, but by morning it went away. What didn't go away was this full feeling in my chest and stomach. I feel like there is excessive amounts of gas blocked in me. I have had this discomfort since Friday and it will not go away. I have tried Mylanta, but this stomach pain(cramping, bloated, gasy feeling) will not go away. Any help out there ???
