Hi There

Hi There everyone

I am just getting started on my journey. I have an appt with my doctor on 5/20/10 to talk to her about the lap band. I have been reading all about it. I am very excited about getting it done. I have been over 200 pounds for about 20 years now & heavier than I should be for about 30 years.

I am so ready for this.

Well My doctor told me that Kaiser will not cover for lap band, they only do Gas. Bypass. Can you believe that !!!! They will do major surgery on you but won't do the simple lap band.

So I have to see about self pay. Going to a seminar on the 16th and we will see from there.
