Congrats to you both!! Are you both doing Optifast?? I'm sure that's what I'll be doing for two weeks. Ugghh Let me know which flavors taste best!!! GL and it's the beginning of the new you(s)! haha

Mine's the 27th too. Very excited. It's been a long journey. Starting my second round of pre op diet. Did 10 days before, then my May 6th date was postponed.

Mine's the 26th, and I'm on the OptiFast. The chocolate's tolerable, as are the chocolate peanut butter bars (can you tell I like chocolate?). I didn't get the soups.

May 27th here too! My dr. has me on a low carb diet until the surgery. Good luck to everyone! I can't wait to begin living!

My date is also on May 27th. I start my clear liquid diet on the 20th. Dr. is only making me do the diet for 7 days. I hope for my families sake I don't get too crabby. I opted for the realize band.

I wish you all the best pre, during and post op. I am on 2 weeks of liquids and its not fun but so far I am sticking to it very well.
