Anyone had a problem with this since surgery? I've had my band a little over a year and all of a sudden I have to go see a periodontist about my gums receding so bad that it's very very noticeable. My reading up on it suggests that one cause is eating disorders - aka: throwing up a lot. Granted, doesn't happen to me on a daily or even a weekly basis, but enough in the beginning to make me wonder if it caused my current issue. Anyone else having this issue?
