Hi! I'm new too....joined the Band-ed Gang on 4/19. There are several of us newbies, so I suspect this thread will have a lot of interest. :scared2: Let the recipes roll!

Congrats on your bands! When I moved to pureed foods I just ate whatever I had made my husband for dinner, and put it in the JCP version of the Magic Bullet -meatloaf, spaghetti sauce and meatballs, chili, fish, you name it I pureed it.

Best of luck!

Congrats -

My favorite and staple was low fat ricotta cheese and tomato sauce microwaved. It taste's just like lasagna. I will still often have it for Breakfast now that I am on regular food. A good sorce of Protein without too many calories.

Best of Luck!!!

Banded 3/5/10 350lb

Current 4/28/10 317lb (-33lb)

Welcome and congrats on gettin banded! When I was on the mushy stage, I ate ground beef and mash potatoes all the time lol..But to be honest, I got tired of it and I didnt stay on that for long. I jus decided to move on to the real food like 4 days later lol

Congratulations on your journey to a leaner and healthier you!! I have found this website very helpful, and the people here are very supportive.

When I was in the mushies phase, I loved turkey taco meat, mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon, and chopped spinach.

Good luck!
