sweetspot question

I was banded 8-19-09. My last fill was 1-21-10. I have 7.4cc in a 14cc band. Since my last fill I have been fine on eating until the beginning of March.

I now can't eat more than 1/2 cup without feeling horrible and or sliming/vomiting. I haven't had this problem before. I even have a hard time getting all my Fluid in during the day. I have to wait longer than an hour after eating to drink and can't eat for about an hour or so after I have drank.

Has anyone had this issue, or could it really be I'm at the "sweetspot" ? I have lost about 10 lbs so far this month, I know exercising has helped as well. Any advice if I should go back to my doctor and have some taken out or is this normal?

I think it's up to you. Since your having trouble you may want a slight unfill. However if you are happy to be so tight I would leave it alone. Not much of an answer I know lol.
