I bruised easily to begin with, in fact I'm still bruised at one of the incisions. I'm anemic though, my PCP said that is why I bruise easily. Are you taking your vitamins? Low iron might be the reason why!

Im really bad with the vitamins...... they are just so nasty! But I try to take them daily.

Same thing happened to me.. It started 1mo after surgery. I try to eat more Iron.. Baby spinach has alot of iron try eating that every day. And more red meats if you can get it down. And you have to take your Vitamins girl! I take a multi Vitamin I buy at costco, they are gummy-vites. Taste just like gummie bears.

I dont have problems with brusiing anymore.. As a matter of fact, I feel fantastic.

Good luck to you on your journey.

The iron in your multi-vitamin is not enough! There is a liquid iron available--many places carry it. Check it out! It will at help the bruising I think! Good luck!

I hear ya!! I "splurged" and got the Flintstones chewables, they aren't THAT bad! And yes there is Iron supplements but be careful with them, they can really ummmm....affect your bm's LOL. Check with your doc, but you might be able to get your iron up just by adding things to your diet
