Tired, Dizzy? anyone else?

I was banded on 2/9/10. Lately i am really really tired, and i get bouts of dizzy spells. I dont know if this is from lack of nutrients? or if it cause i dont get enough to drink?? am i alone?? any input would be great.

I got my first fill today. 4.5cc in my 14cc band. that went uneventful, although im on clear liquids today and starving lol!!!

Are you on blood pressure meds. You should check that out if you are.

Have you had enough Protein or any protein? I know when I was on liquids I was constantly dizzy and had to move to pureed faster than scheduled because I wasn't getting protien.

I agree with the BP post also. There are a number of things that can make you dizzy that aren't related to the band.

Nope not on any blood pressure meds! Always had low blood pressure, or good blood pressure. This makes me nervous at times and then i will feel great the next day! I was wondering if i was not eating enuff. i eat the protein first and usually that all i manage to eat.

I'm a week and two days out and I find I'm dizzy in the morning following my AM protein shake(I'm at the Puree Stage). I'm also not hungry and am having to force myself to eat plus I am freezing cold and can't get warm...probably because I'm not eating. Today I managed a cup of coffee, a protein shake, 24oz of water, 1/4c potato soup blenderized with 3oz of ham and a 1/4c blenderized veggies. I see it's 8:30pm EST so I guess I better eat something. Weird going from a total FOODIE to not even caring.
