1000 calorie diet??? help me

hi all, name is erika, from granite falls, wa. going to have band within next 6-8weeks (waiting for date to be scheduled). Dr. Andrew Wright will be doing my band at the UW medical buildings.

so my question is what the heck do u eat/drink for your 1000 calorie a day diet??? can anyone out there help????:rolleyes2:

Everything to you for a 2000 calorie diet but half as much. :rolleyes2:

You should probably go over this with your doctor. I would assume that you should eat healthy foods, though.

lots of broth, sugar free jellos, protein shakes, fudgsicles? ....I am on full liquids for 7 days and clear for 3. But it is almost 8 at night and I'm right at 500 calories. I have yet to have my fudgesicle or my jello. So, it can be done. I am not exactly looking forward to tomorrow, but I will survive.
