Dr. Ismael J. Vazquez is a Board Certified physician over 11 years experience, who specializes in Endoscopic Surgery, Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery, in Mexico. Dr. Vazquez is the ONLY dual-trained specialist in Endoscopic Surgery and Bariatric Surgery in Tijuana today. Once he completed his General Surgery residency, Dr. Vazquez received two scholarships to complete graduate courses in High Specialty Medicine, the first in Endoscopic Surgery, at the General Hospital "Dr. Manuel Gea González" and the second in Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery at Hospital Angeles Tijuana, under the tutelage of world-renowned bariatric surgeon, Dr. Juan Antonio Lopez Corvala.
