David Vazquez, MD

Dr. David Vazquez received his medical degree from the prestigious Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He completed his surgical training at Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Mexico, where he began to develop his interest in obesity management. After completing his residency, Dr. Vazquez participated in Fellowships, that included minimally invasive gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, LAP-BAND® Adjustable Gastric Band, biliopancreatic diversion and revisional procedures, from a team of physicians at Hospital Angeles Tijuana that pioneered techniques that helped make minimally invasive obesity surgery safe and effective. Dr. David Vazquez offers multiple weight loss surgery options including gastric sleeve, gastric bypass and lap band surgeries.
