Dr. Alley, a native of Virginia, attended the University of Virginia School of Medicine, and thereafter completed his General Surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After finishing residency, Dr. Alley did additional training in Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery in the U.S. Air Force.
